MIMI’S OFFERINGS

Mimi offers private, semi-private sessions and group work for students who prefer individualized training to supplement their existing practice to explore a more informed, intelligent and sustainable wellness regime. Private and semi-private lessons can include yoga/posture alignment, functional movement, Budokon (yoga/martial arts) training, meditation, mindfulness practices, breath work, wellness/life coaching in addition to teacher enrichment.

Each session will be tailored to the needs, goals, capabilities, and commitment of each student, corporate client or teacher.
