Claudia Arango
Claudia has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Initially she was drawn to the practice because it reminded her of her childhood years as a gymnast. She quickly grew fond of yoga after realizing the mind-body benefits of a regular practice as a way to withdraw from the stress of a busy work life. She became a volunteer at Buddha B Yoga Center in 2011 and in 2015 graduated from the Buddha B Yoga Center's 200-hour teacher training.
