Natalie Clark
Natalie Clark (she/her) is an energizing and encouraging teacher whose classes are fun, athletic, creative, challenging & transformative. She believes that all movement is valuable, and that mindful, intuitive, playful, expansive & explorative movements promote growth, strength, resilience, embodiment and liberation. Natalie credits her Dad for continually teaching her + demonstrating through his own actions, the importance of being encouraging to those who are in the process of self-discovery, healing & unfolding. To be inspiring to those who are awakening to their own integrity, destiny & empowerment. To lead with kindness & compassion. To guide with grace & humility. That people don’t need to be fixed or judged. They need to be loved, nourished & nurtured towards positive change. That folks learn from difficulty & discomfort, as well as from care & support. These are the qualities that make her a great teacher. And it’s all because she was blessed to have a great Dad. In everything that she does, she carries a piece of him with her. Natalie was voted 2nd Place for DC’s Best Yoga Teacher by Washington City Paper in 2023 and a Finalist in 2020 & 2022.
