Sara Cohen
Sara came to yoga in her adult life in 2016 and found tremendous healing in the balance the practice offered her both on and off the mat--between effort and ease, discipline and playfulness, strength and grace. She began her teaching journey after completing her 200 hour teaching certification with Mimi Rieger in 2023. In Sara’s classes you can expect thoughtful sequencing rooted in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga, along with plenty of opportunities for individual choice and intuitive movement. As a teacher, Sara aims to extend an open invitation for students to tune into their bodies, find grounding, and cultivate their own sense of balance as they move through the world.
